I. PAY ON-LINE: IF YOU WANT TO PAY ELECTRONICALLY ON PAYPAL'S SECURED WEB-SITE (YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO USE THIS FREE FEATURE) THAT HAS A WORLD-CLASS SECURITY SYSTEM AND FLEXIBILITY TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD:

1. CLICK HERE to e-mail the Sock Monkey Lady and specify:

A. Your name and full mailing address (including zip code)

B. Specify the items that you want to order with associated quantities

C. Inform the Sock Monkey Lady that you want to pay via PayPal

2. Sock Monkey Lady, Inc. will then e-mail you a detailed PayPal invoice. Payment is to be made in U.S. Dollars.

3. You review the PayPal invoice and follow the invoice prompts.

4. Items ordered will be processed upon receipt of payment unless a doll has been ordered or an item is on backorder*

*Shipment of dolls depends on when the Sock Monkey Lady can schedule your dolls to be created.

C. Inform the Sock Monkey Lady that you want to pay via check or money order

2. Sock Monkey Lady, Inc. will then e-mail you the total amount payable in U.S. Dollars.

3. You mail the check or money order to:

4. Items ordered will be processed upon receipt of payment (with check clearance), unless a doll has been ordered or an item is on backorder*

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Shipping and insurance is at buyer's expense. Orders over $100 will automatically be insured by the buyer when possible. Orders will ship via U.S.P.S. parcel post, first class, media rate, or UPS ground dependent upon items ordered unless otherwise designated by buyer. International shipping rates are available upon request. Sock Monkey Lady, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Due to photographic nature and customization of products, Sock Monkey Lady, Inc. does not accept returns. The Sock Monkey Lady reserves the right to decline customer requests at her sole discretion.
